FULL HOME INSPECTIONS
We are licensed in the state of Florida and perform Residential Home Inspections on single and multi-family homes, townhouses, condos, and vacation homes. As certified home inspectors, we provide professional, thorough, and honest home inspections that abide by InterNACHI’s strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. This means that we take our responsibility to our customers seriously and that we strive to continuously educate ourselves about new home inspection practices and standards.
ROOF CERTIFICATIONS
A roofing inspection or roof certification inspection is important for any potential home owner to have completed, even if the roof does not appear to have any damage. We give considerations that many homes in the country may not have due to the extreme heat, rains, and high winds that are prevalent in our climate. Most insurance companies also require this inspection in order to issue homeowner’s insurance. The roof is one of the most important and essential features of a home, so you want to make sure that the roof is in safe and satisfactory condition before you purchase a home.
4-POINT INSPECTIONS
The 4-Point Inspection is often a required inspection in order to obtain or maintain, home insurance coverage. The inspection requirements were designed by insurance companies in order to get a better understanding of the structure they are insuring. This is especially pertinent when insuring an older home. Older homes have had more time in which to have systems repaired or replaced or for things to potentially fall in to disrepair.
Transparency
Your inspector will walk you step-by-step through significant findings of the subject property. Following the inspection, you will receive an easy-to-read, thorough report for your records. Unlike others, Reports are guaranteed to be delivered same day. Each report is tailored to the subject property. We conduct each home inspection as if it were being conducted on our own home. Our mission is to provide the most thorough, in-depth home inspections and exceed our customers’ expectations.
"You are about to make the largest single purchase in your lifetime so it is important that you get the most accurate information possible"
WIND MITIGATION
A wind mitigation inspection is a visual examination of a home’s existing ability (or lack of ability) to withstand damage during a windstorm. During an inspection our home inspectors examines various features of your home and describes their current condition as well as any improvements that could make the property more wind resistant. Homeowners can receive substantial credits for outfitting their homes with windstorm mitigation features that withstand or are more resistant to high winds. We highly recommend that Florida homeowners, especially those living in more hurricane-prone regions, consider investing in wind mitigation features.
